    How to use it

    1. Drop a photo or scan of your document (JPG, PNG or HEIC).
    2. It is compressed and wrapped in a PDF under 100 KB.
    3. Download the PDF and upload it.

When you need a PDF under 100 KB

Strict portals, such as some exam and scholarship forms, limit document uploads to 100 KB. A phone photo of a document is often several megabytes, and simply converting it gives an equally large PDF.

This tool compresses the image to fit, then places it in a PDF without re-compressing it, so the PDF is only slightly larger than the image. For text documents, the black and white preset keeps text crisp at smaller sizes.

    Questions

Can I combine several photos into one PDF?

Not yet. Each image becomes its own one-page PDF. Combining pages is planned.

    Is the text still readable?

Usually yes. If it looks blurry, crop the photo to just the document first (use Crop on the result row), so all the file size goes to the page itself.

Is my photo uploaded to a server?

No. The resizing runs inside your browser with JavaScript, so the image never leaves your device. Once the page has loaded, resizing keeps working even if you go offline.
