    A wrong, blurred, fully black, fully white or retouched photo or signature can be fixed only by applying again before you pay the fee. Nothing can be changed after payment.

    Questions

    I already paid. Can I change my Teletalk photo?

    No. The circular allows a new application with a corrected photo or signature only before the fee is paid. Check the preview on the Applicant's Copy before paying.

    My file comes out smaller than the minimum. What happens?

    Where there is a minimum, the tool first saves at top quality and then adds padding data that image viewers ignore, so the picture is unchanged and the file meets the minimum.

    Is my photo uploaded to a server?

    No. Everything runs in your browser, so your photo and signature stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a file by link. That matters for ID documents. If your device can't handle an image, the tool can shrink it on our server instead, but only if you agree, and it is deleted right away.
