51st BCS 2026: what to upload
Photo: 300 × 300 px exactly, Up to 100 KB. Colour photo taken within the last 3 months, no sunglasses.
Signature: 300 × 80 px exactly, Up to 60 KB.
Other rules to know
Apply on bpsc.teletalk.com.bd. The circular says the photo and signature must be neither smaller nor larger than the stated pixels.
The circular gives sizes as দৈর্ঘ্য × প্রস্থ (length × breadth). For the signature that means 300 wide and 80 high.
Questions
Is the BCS signature 300 × 80 or 80 × 300?
300 pixels wide and 80 pixels high. The circular writes "দৈর্ঘ্য × প্রস্থ 300 × 80", and some English reports turned that into "300 height, 80 width", which would be a tall, narrow strip. A signature box is wide, so use 300 × 80.
My BCS photo is 280 × 300. Will Teletalk take it?
The circular says the size must be neither less nor more than 300 × 300 pixels, so a photo even a few pixels off can fail. The photo preset outputs exactly 300 × 300.
My file comes out smaller than the minimum. What happens?
Where there is a minimum, the tool first saves at top quality and then adds padding data that image viewers ignore, so the picture is unchanged and the file meets the minimum.
How accurate are these requirements?
Taken from the official notice or government page listed below. Rules can change with each new notice, so compare with the official instructions linked on this page.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so your photo and signature stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a file by link. That matters for ID documents. If your device can't handle an image, the tool can shrink it on our server instead, but only if you agree, and it is deleted right away.
