Exam photo and signature sizes by country

Upload limits for exam and recruitment forms outside India, with the source for each.

Each portal sets its own pixel and file-size limits, and many repeat them only inside a long notice. The table lists what we found, with a confidence level: high means we read the official page, medium means several sources agree on what the notice says, and low means sources disagree. Indian exams have their own table.

Why uploads fail on these portals

Most rejections come from a file a few kilobytes over the limit, a file under a minimum size, or the wrong background colour. The resizer pages fix the size and pixels; the background and pose must already be right in the photo.

Questions

Why are some entries marked medium or low?

Some portals publish their limits only after you log in, or the notice was not reachable when we checked. In those cases we rely on reports that quote the notice and say so, and the presets use values that pass every version we found.
