The photo must be ID-card style (ảnh căn cước).
Questions
Why was my THPT registration photo rejected?
The 2026 rules reject photos smaller than 400 × 600 pixels and photos older than 6 months. A cropped group photo or a selfie at arm's length often fails the first check once it is cropped to 4 × 6. Start from a full-resolution photo; the preset makes it 600 × 900.
My file comes out smaller than the minimum. What happens?
Where there is a minimum, the tool first saves at top quality and then adds padding data that image viewers ignore, so the picture is unchanged and the file meets the minimum.
How accurate are these requirements?
The official notice could not be read directly; values are those attributed to it by several sources that agree. Rules can change with each new notice, so compare with the official instructions linked on this page.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so your photo and signature stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a file by link. That matters for ID documents. If your device can't handle an image, the tool can shrink it on our server instead, but only if you agree, and it is deleted right away.
